Preserve Your Estate for You and Your Family

Preserve Your Estate for You and Your Family

To preserve your wealth, we must create a planning strategy that takes into account your health and potential for both long term and short term disability. In addition, we must focus on the lifestyle you would like to live, and the budget needed to support it.

When planning one’s estate, the preservation and distribution of assets must be determined in advance while still healthy. In case of an inability to make these sound decisions, utilizing close relatives or friends to act on your behalf is imperative to ensure that your wishes are carried out.

Focus in the following areas is essential to planning and implementing our estate planning goals:

  • Probate avoidance
  • Deeds with life estates
  • Powers of attorney
  • Health care proxies/living wills
  • Wills
  • Realty trusts
  • Family trusts
  • Trusts for special needs family members
  • Trustees and guardians for minor children
  • Financial
  • Long term care insurance guidance
  • Asset preservation
In order to achieve our goals, we must involve those that will be ultimately affected by our decisions. We encourage both seniors and their families to be involved during every step of this process.
